It's late spring, and the temperature is rising. It fully starts the preventive maintenance work of special projects of refrigeration units, builds a strong refrigeration defense line for summer production, and efficiently ensures the stability of the supply chain of the industrial chain.
This maintenance work is managed on a project basis. A special project maintenance team is established to clarify the division of responsibilities, formulate a detailed maintenance plan and schedule nodes, and ensure that "the task is to the person, the responsibility is to the post, and the node is to the day". The object of this maintenance is the two equipment of the freezer A and B, of which the A machine has a long running time. After technical evaluation, it is decided to replace the copper tube of the condenser as a whole to completely eliminate potential operation risks; the B machine is based on the operating life and current working conditions. Arrange the compressor to return to the factory for overhaul, and synchronously disassemble and maintain the motor to ensure its continuous and stable operation under high load conditions.
In the organization and promotion, the Styrene Operation Department adopts the strategy of "first B, then A, overall coordination, and step-by-step implementation" to complete the spare parts confirmation, tool inspection, and safety disclosure in advance, and strictly implement the operation ticket management and risk identification on site. Up to now, the freezer B machine has successfully completed all the maintenance work as planned. The first start-up is successful, the operation is smooth, and all parameters have reached an excellent level; the maintenance of the freezer A machine is also advancing in an orderly manner, and the main maintenance task is about to be completed.
