Yunnan Provincial Food and Drug Administration announced the results of the 40th phase of food sampling in 2016, and 32 batches of food failed

On November 25, the Yunnan Provincial Food and Drug Administration announced the 40th phase of food sampling in 2016, with 32 batches of unqualified food on the list. Among them, the "Dali Garden" French soft bread (360g/bag, 2016/6/30) produced by Yunnan Dali Food Co., Ltd. was detected to exceed the national standard by 186 times!

The food safety supervision sampling products announced in this issue are biscuits, beverages, etc. The sampling inspection is carried out in accordance with food safety standards and product express standards and indicators. 265 batches of sample inspection were completed, 233 batches of qualified samples were announced for sampling inspection, and 32 batches of unqualified samples were announced for sampling inspection.

Treatment measures

For the unqualified products found in the sampling inspection of the above-mentioned enterprises, the food and drug supervision department where the enterprise is located shall, in accordance with the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and other provisions, order the production and operation enterprises to take measures such as removing and recalling the unqualified products in a timely manner, and further identify the batch, quantity and cause of the unqualified products, and formulate rectification measures.

Description of excessive number of colonies

There are many reasons for the total number of colonies exceeding the standard, such as unclean environment, irregular operation by operators and improper storage. Consumers who eat food with a serious number of colonies exceeding the standard are prone to intestinal diseases such as dysentery, causing vomiting, diarrhea and other symptoms.
